About the role
Join our dynamic, diverse team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler as the Full Time, Seasonal Braidwood Server Assistant.

We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Hourly Wage: $ 18.00 - $19.00

What you will do

  • Ensure a seamless dining experience for guests during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

  • Support the Server by delivering food and beverages, refilling drinks, clearing tables, and resetting.

  • Serve and clear all food & beverage items.

  • Complete opening and closing side-work as assigned.

  • Set all tables according to standards.

  • Have a thorough understanding of the menu and describe food items to guests.

  • Answer guest questions about the menu.

  • Break down displays or side stations.

  • Monitor overall restaurant cleanliness.

  • Ensure a seamless guest experience.

What you bring

  • Previous experience in food and beverage, in a restaurant or hotel

  • Solid knowledge of food and beverage products

  • Strong command of the English languag e

  • Excellent commitment to service and teamwork

  • Must be able to obtain a Serving I t Right certificate

  • Ability to work in Canada

Schedule & Hours:

As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Braidwood Bar Server Assistant to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
