This key position involves leading buy-side and sell-side advisory, ensuring high-quality due diligence and financial analysis. You will collaborate with the senior leadership team to execute our long-term growth strategy. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory services
- Manage financial due diligence engagements and client relationships
- Oversee quality of earnings and financial analysis
- Develop market opportunities and lead proposal preparations
- Mentor team members to cultivate a collaborative culture
- 7+ years in Transaction Services or Corporate Finance
- CPA, CBV, CFA, or equivalent designation
- Proven success in complex transaction management
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
