We are looking for people who can help us build something great for our customer. Conducting sufficient analysis to ensure requirements for projects are ready to be worked on and implemented
Working with the Product Management team to manage product performance and create high-level update reports
Contributing to the planning, execution, and review of product enhancements
Supporting Product Managers with ad hoc analysis to setup and measure results of experiments

Data-fluent: you use data to solve problems, identify opportunities, and are capable of inventing and using new metrics in order to learn and make decisions.
Biased for action: you make good decisions with incomplete data and are constantly optimizing for learning. We shift fast to learn fast. A bar raiser: you inspire others to bring their ‘A’ game and are constantly looking for opportunities for improvement. 1-2 years of experience managing or coordinating projects – bonus points if it was in the tech space.

Maximizer was launched in a garage on Vancouver Island in 1987, evolving through the development of early contact management systems (CMS), through sales force automation (SFA) technologies, right to today’s sophisticated customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
