Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager - Rx

Reports To: Director of Marketing - Canada

Position Summary:

The Senior Marketing Manager - Rx will be responsible for the market strategy, in-market execution and business results of B&L Rx Dry Eye portfolio. This position involves leading the marketing plans of a portfolio of prescription drugs in the Eye Care Space, ensuring achievement of business objectives.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop annual brand plans, revenue, and expense forecasts to deliver of topline sales and profit goals.
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and initiatives to eye care practitioners; work with agencies and vendors where necessary; liaise with sales force and sales management in development of marketing plans and key projects.
  • Develop and execute new product launch strategies and plans for product and commercial initiatives.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of product line sales and share performance and recommend appropriate actions to refine marketing plans.
  • Identify and understand market/competitive trends and the impact on B+L brands
  • Work collaboratively with other business units on customer programs and initiatives
  • Ensure the optimal development and utilization of KOL's.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in support of key initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
  • University Degree in Business or Healthcare sciences.
  • +7 years of experience in Marketing as a Product/Marketing Manager, in a corporate environment.
  • Sales experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is an asset.
  • Demonstrated evidence of: Launching new products within a portfolio
