- Manage performance and sales controls effectively
- Develop strategic recommendations based on client feedback
- 10+ years relevant financial services experience
- Solid knowledge of Merchant Services operations
- Proven ability to lead and coach sales teams
- Effective public speaking skills required
- Travel up to 25% with in-office work 5 days
