Senior Project Management Lead

Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking to hire aSenior Project Management Lead in Enterprise Risk for a contract of 6 months with possibility to extend or convert into perm. This is a hybrid position with 2-3 days in office per week in Toronto.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and operational programs.
- Oversee project lifecycle from inception to completion, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery and meeting business objectives.
- Facilitate communication among various stakeholders within the business group, fostering trust and efficiency.
- Manage and coordinate team members, including project managers, resources, consultants, and vendors.
- Assist in planning, milestone tracking, issue resolution, risk management, and financial oversight to achieve project success.
To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications:
- 10+ years of diverse project management experience including recent consulting roles with top firms
- Strong understanding of COSO frameworks in ERM
- Strong proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Solid stakeholder management and project management skills
- Project Management designation is considered an asset
