Ce rôle implique l’analyse des données de ventes, la production de rapports hebdomadaires de performance de haute qualité, la gestion des budgets d’achat (Open-to-Buy) et l’assurance d’un assortiment de produits adéquat, au bon prix et au bon moment, afin de stimuler les ventes et la rentabilité.
Gestion commerciale et financière
Agir en tant que gestionnaire d’affaires, en supervisant le budget de planification (Open-to-Buy).
Participer à la planification pré-saison, incluant la planification des assortiments, des mélanges et du budget OTB.
Atteindre les objectifs budgétaires et de marges grâce à une stratégie d’achat et une gestion des stocks efficaces.
Surveiller, analyser et rendre compte de la performance des produits à l’aide de rapports hebdomadaires de ventes et de réunions mensuelles d’unité commerciale.
Atteindre les objectifs de rotation des stocks grâce à une gestion proactive des inventaires.
Planification des assortiments et achats
Construire et acheter une collection équilibrée en termes de styles, de variété et de profondeur, adaptée aux besoins de la région.
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de développement de produit pour communiquer les besoins commerciaux et soutenir une offre produit solide.
Participer aux stratégies de vente régionales pour aligner les achats avec les objectifs commerciaux globaux.
Gestion en cours de saison
~ Gérer les activités en cours de saison, incluant les réassorts, les démarques et les rééquilibrages selon les besoins.
Diplôme universitaire en mode, commerce ou domaine connexe

Operate as a business manager, overseeing the planning budget (Open-to-Buy).
Is involved in pre-season planning, including assortment planning, blends, and OTB.
Achieve target budgets and margins through strategic buying and inventory management.
Monitor, analyze, and report on product performance using weekly sales reports and
monthly business unit meetings.
