Builds relationships with credit union members, including seeking out new members and opening new accounts, along with maintaining positive and productive relationships with existing members. 
~ Provides full-cycle account services including processing general banking transactions, identifying and processing deposit, investment and lending needs and resolving account issues. 
~ Proactively connects with members to identify needs as well as seek opportunities for additional and future business, and strengthen members’ banking relationships with G&F. 
~ Builds and maintains a professional network within the branch and local community and represents G&F as a positive community partner.
~Mandarin and/or Cantonese language is an asset
~ Excellent customer service and strong relationship-building abilities 
~ general understanding of retail banking principles is an asset
