We provide a creative compensation plan through our unique performance based compensation model. Compensation is paid per hour worked, with yearly bonuses, allowances and cost of living adjustments. Increases in compensation are achieved through performance and progressing through our unique pay band structure. We also provide i n-house wellness privileges , a health spending account, and extended health benefits that cover drugs and dental. Mentorship and teamwork occur regularly, both in structured and unstructured formats.

Based on performance success, there is also the opportunity to grow into senior associate and paid mentoring roles within the company.

New graduates are welcome.

Your responsibilities include :

  • Direct service and client care
  • Promoting preventative care, wellness, and massage therapy
  • Building a loyal caseload of engaged and health conscious clients
  • Assisting the company in marketing and community outreach events.
  • Providing feedback to improve the experience
  • Having fun and loving your job

Requirements :

  • Must be a member of the CMTO
  • Must have an interest in orthopedic injuries and rehabilitation
  • Interest in pursuing post graduate education & professional development
  • Must have an engaging personality with great listening, communication, and team work skills
  • Be able to provide social media and blog content
  • Must fit with our company core values above
