Physiotherapist – Innovative Fitness – Yonge/Bloor - operated by Foundation Physiotherapy & Wellness

The Innovative Fitness clinic is located within a gorgeous new gym space in the heart of the city at Yonge and Bloor, steps away from Bloor station. In a new model, Innovative Fitness has partnered with Foundation Physiotherapy to manage and operate its Physiotherapy stream.

We are looking to start with one physiotherapist and one chiropractor, part time, at this new facility.

As a physiotherapist at Innovative Fitness, you will be responsible for assessing, managing, and delivering outcomes to patients. You are confident in communicating and managing patient flow in a busy gym setting and regularly reporting and providing feedback to both Innovative Fitness and Foundation Physiotherapy management. You are confident in designing and executing treatment plans. You will have the opportunity to work with a team of dynamic fitness professionals to educate on the benefits of physiotherapy and optimize referrals.

*All initial assessments are one hour and follow ups are 30 or 60 minutes based on your treatment plan.

**Compensation is on an independent contractor commission split model**

Working with Innovative Fitness will give the candidate the opportunity to be supported and grow with Foundation Physiotherapy

  • You have at least 1+ year experience in an outpatient setting
  • You want to grow into a leadership role
  • You can work independently alongside a dynamic team, with support and systems backed by Foundation Physiotherapy
  • You can bring feedback to the Foundation management to improve systems and optimize referrals
  • You are eager to learn, build a caseload, and progress your career
