Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Collaboratewith cross-functional teams, including product managers,developers, and stakeholders, to understand projectrequirements and user needs.
  • Createwireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs thateffectively communicate the desired userexperience.
  • Designintuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align withthe company's brand and product vision.
  • Developuser flows, information architectures, and interaction models toensure seamless and logical user experiences.
  • Iterateand refine designs based on user feedback, usability testingresults, and business requirements.
  • Collaboratewith the development team to ensure design implementationmatches the intended user experience.
  • Stayupdated on the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and industrybest practices, and share knowledge within the team.
  • Advocatefor user-centered design principles and help foster auser-centric culture within the organization.
  • Collaboratewith stakeholders to gather feedback and address design-related concerns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor'sdegree in Design, or a related field (or equivalentpractical experience).

  • 3+years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably ina software development or technology-drivenenvironment.
  • Strongportfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects, with afocus on user-centered design principles andproblem-solving
  • Proficiencyin design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, orsimilar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered designprocesses and methodologies.
  • Experience conducting user research, usabilitytesting, and gathering user feedback.
  • Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first designprinciples.
  • Excellent visual design skills, includingtypography, color theory, and layout composition.
  • Excellent communication and collaborationskills to work effectively within a team and acrossdepartments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects andpriorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of design trends,industry tools, and emerging UI/UXtechnologies.
