Responsibilities include maintaining organized records, processing medical documentation efficiently, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to support seamless information management.

Experience in occupational health is considered an asset for this role. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in acute care or a hospital setting, managing both complex and routine medical issues. This background ensures the ability to handle a wide range of medical situations with expertise and professionalism.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to analyze complex situations, make sound decisions under pressure, and develop effective solutions to a wide range of challenges.

The successful candidate must possess the ability to effectively interact and collaborate with individuals across various corporate roles, including managers and field supervisors. This requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to navigate diverse professional environments, ensuring alignment and fostering productive working relationships at all organizational levels.

*Required Qualifications:*
* Valid CLPNA Registration
* Minimum 3 years experience
* Must be able to efficiently handle large workloads while maintaining attention to details
* Be prepared to act on urgent tasks
* Ability to adapt schedule to accommodate shifting priorities without compromising ongoing responsibilities
* Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records is required
* Ability to learn and adapt to new computer programs efficiently
* In-depth understanding of the entire Microsoft Office suite, including Teams.
* Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
* Professional level verbal and written communication skills (business emails and correspondence)
* Demonstrated flexibility in adapting to a wide variety of tasks and functions
* Ability to learn and adapt to new computer programs efficiently
* Manage, organize and ensure the secure handling of sensitive and confidential medical information in compliance with privacy regulations and organizational policies.
