Make an impact with our Corporate Finance team as a Vice President. As a trusted advisor, you'll provide innovative solutions that meet clients' divestiture, financing, due diligence and acquisition goals.

Lead mid-market M&A financial due diligence engagements end-to-end, including planning, timelines, and client communication.
Serve as a trusted right-hand to the partner, taking ownership of engagements and supporting practice growth.
Conduct detailed financial analysis, including quality of earnings, sustainability of EBITDA, working capital, net debt, and forecasted/projected income statements.
Identify and communicate key risks or considerations impacting the client's business, including SPA clauses, post-transaction factors, industry-specific issues, and macroeconomic trends.
Support business development through proposal preparation, engagement letters, and networking within the local business community.
Maintain an organized and methodical approach to work, ensuring administrative documentation, safeguards, and project updates are handled accurately and communicated regularly to the partner.
CBV, CFA, or ACCA credentials considered an asset.
~ Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is considered an asset.
~Strong technical accounting knowledge, including IFRS, ASPE, and/or US GAAP.
~ Extensive experience in financial analysis and modeling
~ Strong project management skills, including planning, delegation, and managing timelines and client expectations.
~ Willingness to work outside regular hours and travel as required.
