The ideal candidate is a results-oriented technology leader and strategist with extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, and specific experience with QAD EE, SAP, Dynamics, Infor CSI, and cloud-based ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have led large-scale ERP implementations and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Role Responsibilities:ERP Performance & ReportingLead the enhancements and optimization processes of the QAD system, working closely with project teams, vendors and stakeholdersDevelop project plans, timelines and budgets to maintain ERP System.Attain deep knowledge of ERP modules, database structure and points of integration with other applicationsEstablish and enforce system governance policies, security protocols, and data integrity standards.Implement best practices and industry standards for ERP usage to maximize efficiency and productivity across the organization.Oversee the management and integrity of data within the ERP system, including data entry, validation, cleansing, and archiving.Process OptimizationAnalyze existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization using the QAD system.End User Training & SupportProvide ongoing support and maintenance for the ERP system, including troubleshooting issues, resolving technical problems, and implementing system upgrades and patchesCreate ERP application support model for all users across the organization.Vendor/Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with business stakeholders & BA Team to understand their requirements and translate them into system configurations and customizations.Stay informed about updates, enhancements, and new features offered by ERP, evaluating their potential impact on the organization (managing updates, testing and promote to production)Team Development & LeadershipPromote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.Set individual and team development goals for direct reports. Monitor staff progress against goals, establish priorities and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure alignment of individual objectives with broader corporate objectives. Monitor and evaluate results.Promote and champion team alignment across geographies leveraging a variety of communication media and strategiesManage, mentor and develop leaders using a supportive and collaborative approach.Qualifications: Bachelor's (4-year) degree in computer science, engineering, networking related technologies, or a similar field. Masters Degree preferred.Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar roleExperience with QAD EE, SAP, Dynamics, Infor CSI, cloud-based ERP systemsProject Management Skills (PMP Certified) preferredIdeal candidate will have led a large scale ERP implementation.Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines.40% global travel required
