Solen Software Group is searching for a Portfolio Leader to manage multiple software businesses. Bring your CEO-level expertise to enhance performance and strategic growth. This role requires strong leadership in financial management across a cluster of portfolio companies. As the Portfolio Leader, you will set ambitious targets, prioritize capital investments, and support General Managers in achieving operational excellence. Your role in M&A activities will be critical for identifying and integrating new opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Own and track key performance indicators for multiple businesses
- Set expectations and defend financial targets effectively
- Allocate resources and manage trade-offs across companies
- Support talent development and leadership succession
- Guide M&A processes and integration strategies
- Proven experience running a P&L as GM or CEO
- Expertise in capital allocation and financial metric analysis
- Ability to lead and develop talented managers
- Comfort in a resource-limited operational environment
- Effective communicator with a strategic mindset
