Come become part of a global network of professionals working together in over 70 countries with the common purpose to help people through what might be one of the most difficult times in their lives.Position SummaryWe are currently recruiting for Bilingual and Unilingual Senior Desk Adjusters with a focus on Liability Claims to join our client's commercial claims team based in Ontario, Canada. This position can be done remotely from anywhere in Canada.ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing commercial auto and property claims through loss investigations and negotiating settlements in compliance with provincial licensing requirements, while ensuring high productivity and strong customer relationships.Assess and review special damages such as property estimates, personal property inventories, medical bills, lost wage statements, and medical reports.Investigate, collect, and analyze claims information.Evaluate coverage and liabilityNegotiate, settle, and finalize claims.Maintain accurate billing, time, and expense records.RequirementsMinimum of 6 years of technical claims handling experience in commercial liability claims.Experience in bodily injury claims and litigation is required.Post-secondary education in an insurance-related field is an asset.Full Ontario Independent Adjuster License is required.Strong computer and reporting skills, including Office 365 and Windows 10.That means all applicants will be considered for employment without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran, or disability status.
