Architect Customer Success platforms with frontend, backend, and Agentic AI expertise at Remitly in Burnaby, working onsite Tuesday through Thursday weekly.
As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you will expand Remitly’s next-generation Customer Success platform. You will create workflows and capabilities that improve customer and agent experiences. The work spans scalable software, AI applications, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical strategy for Customer Success Technology engineering
- Contribute to architecture and long-term technical roadmaps
- Architect frontend, backend, and agentic AI solutions
- Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Six or more years of team-based software engineering experience
- Frontend and backend leadership experience
- Experience leading engineers on large features
- DevOps, CI/CD, and modern AI development tools experience
