Join our team in the Greater Vancouver Area as a psychologist specializing in candidate selection assessments for correctional services officers and armed border agents. We're looking for professionals with flexible schedules, and in this role, we manage the referral process and coordinate assessments based on your availability.

Our compensation structure follows the recommended hourly rate by the British Columbia Psychological Association of $235 per hour.
You will also have the support of our experienced Senior Consulting Psychologist.
The first part will include formal testing, using MMPI-3 and 16PF, followed by the second part, a structured clinical interview.
You will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting the results of the testing and then conducting the follow up clinical interview and ultimately determining whether the candidate meets or does not meet the requirements of CSC or CBSA.
D in Psychology
~ Must be licensed for autonomous practice as a Psychologist in Bristish Columbia
~3 years of recent experience working with public safety entities such as provincial or municipal police forces, DND, RCMP, CSC, CSIS, CBSA, or provincial equivalent of these Federal Departments
~ Casual contract and flexible working schedule
Assessments can be done on weekdays, weekends and/or evenings.
Must be able to conduct interviews with candidates in-person in a private office
