Shifts : Monday to Friday | 8 hours/day
Full-time | 6-Month Contract

Creating functional user stories based on business requirements.
Bachelor's degree with exceptional academic performance
~5+ years of experience in business analysis, including expertise in document requirement management, user story creation, Acceptance Criteria development, and product backlog management
~ Experience in Agile methodology within the Software Development Life Cycle
~ Proficiency in IT tools such as JIRA, Power Apps, BI Reporting, Visio, ServiceNow, Excel, Microsoft SQL, and AWS concepts
~ IIBA and/or Scrum Master
~ Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing
