We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated senior leader who obsesses about their customers, excels at empowering and building an effective sales organization and is committed to enabling the clean energy transition. As Vice President Sales & Marketing , you will lead and develop a highly motivated and skilled business development team which includes sales, customer success, revenue operations and marketing professionals.
Develop/execute sales strategy to grow Rodan's revenues across all lines of business in North America.
Highly disciplined, organized and metrics driven approach to managing and reporting on sales performance.
Establish annual business development budgets, sales targets, and strategic plans.
Develop new and iterate existing products by engaging with customers, with an eye on the competitive environment, market conditions and the ability to scale.
Serve as a key member of the leadership team and provide input on overall business direction, foster a positive work culture, and strong collaboration with other functional leaders.
15+ years of successful sales leadership experience, having managed sales and marketing professionals.
~ Demonstrated record of meeting and exceeding yearly sales team targets.
~ Strong understanding of North American electricity markets and the energy services sector (specifically demand response, distributed energy resources, and software/energy as a service).
~ Ability to deliver on short-term targets, while implementing a long-range strategy and vision.
~ Strong C-Level presence, strategic acumen, consultative-selling skills and executive credibility.
~ Complete benefits package or stipend and pension match.
