The Opportunity As a Product Manager, you will work closely with fellow product managers and cross-functional teams to support the full product lifecycle - specifically for our Platform as a Service, AI-powered Enterprise Operations platform. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product management in a high-visibility role. Responsibilities and Duties Product Vision/Roadmapping - Define and grow the product roadmap for your product, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to release. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work with stakeholders across the company, including engineering, design, QA, and marketing, to manage successful product launches. Day-to-day Project Management - Support process improvements and the implementation of best practices in product development, including Agile methodologies. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective product delivery. Product Strategy and Customer Research - Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends. Gather and analyze user data to support product decisions and feature prioritization. Requirements 5+ years of product management experience 1+ years of direct experience in enterprise SaaS/PaaS Proven ability to drive work forward and truly own the roadmap and execution of their product. Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools. Passionate about working closely with engineering/design/QA teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders across the business. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate and justify product and prioritization decisions clearly and logically. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Why Join Us?
