Position

Rightsline is seeking a Director of Strategic Programs (DSP) to lead cross-functional, strategic and high-impact projects. As the owner of various strategic initiatives, you will use your analytical and leadership skills to dive in and get important projects completed. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving change initiatives and crafting materials for executive presentations. As the DSP, you'll immerse yourself in various aspects of our software company, engaging in frequent interactions with the executive team and board members. This role offers a unique vantage point into the inner workings of a company's leadership team, presenting ample opportunities to make an impact on the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional, high-impact projects and provide analytical support as directed by the Chief Strategy Officer
  • Work with and coordinate among functional executives on cross-company projects
  • Act as an internal consultant and owner of various strategic initiatives, providing critical project management support and executive level visibility and prioritization
  • Implement, coordinate, and measure software practices, KPIs and improvement initiatives across all functional areas
  • Manage and complete the successful implementation of strategic initiatives that enable revenue growth and accelerate company profitability and efficiency
  • Determine, track, and report metrics that measure the successful implementation of various strategic projects and initiatives
  • Act in a leadership capacity during acquisition due diligence efforts
  • Lead integral workstreams and projects related to post-M&A integration activities
  • Act as portfolio company point of contact for interactions with Klass Capital including support and reporting on strategic initiatives

Requirements

  • Approximately 5+ years of experience in operations and strategy (e.g., change management, M&A integration, strategic projects/programs, consulting, Chief of Staff, etc.), including approximately 2+ years of management consulting experience preferred
  • MBA preferred, but not required
  • Demonstrated competency with implementing business processes, systems, and reporting
  • Experience managing and leading teams and strong project management skills, having managed and successfully delivered multiple, complex projects on-time and on-budget
  • Understanding of foundational accounting & finance principles
  • Robust analytical and quantitative skills, as well as attention to detail
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Experience with M&A, and integrations of acquisitions is an asset
  • Experience with system migrations is an asset
  • Demonstrated success in a high pressure, dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Proficient ability to drive change in a matrixed environment
  • Executive presence, relationship building, and strong decision-making skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and strong communication skills
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Open to travel (approx. 15%)
