QUI TU ES : Le graphiste senior travaille en quipe de manire dynamique et brillante. Tu es une personne organise, crative, axe sur les rsultats et responsable pour chaque tape dun projet. Tu as une excellente connaissance des tendances du march actuel, des tendances mode, de lart et des techniques du graphisme web et imprim, ainsi que lhabilit de transformer ces connaissances en crations pour un envoi de masse gardant lesprit les initiatives omnicanales de lentreprise. Le graphiste senior travaillera en troite collaboration avec les quipes marketing et e-commerce. Les responsabilits comprennent, sans toutefois sy limiter : Faire partie dune quipe de designers graphiques de production sur plusieurs aspects numriques de lentreprise, incluant ardene.com, les courriels, rseaux sociaux, campagnes numriques, et enseignes. Avec ton leader, tablir la direction graphique des campagnes, incluant les couleurs saisonnires, les dispositions et les typographies; Assurer une cohrence de la prsentation entre les diffrents canaux, et intgrer des aspects numriques qui fonctionnent sur ceux-ci; Travailler en troite collaboration avec lquipe marketing et les designers sur des projets marketing qui comprennent, sans toutefois sy limiter, les enseignes en magasin, les livrets, les vitrines, les enseignes/vidos de campagne, les lments dvnement, etc.; Travailler en troite collaboration avec lquipe e-commerce pour crer des ralisations numriques incluant des infolettres, des directives saisonnires pour le web, des pages daccueil, bannires et pages destinations (landing pages), etc. Suivre les lignes directrices de style et vision de la marque et sassurer que tous les concepts concordent avec la direction crative; Prsenter des concepts de manire claire et prcise, incluant des maquettes de prsentation; Crer des documents de recherche pour des projets spciaux, incluant la recherche de comptition, les visites de magasins, les palettes de couleur, et linspiration de march; Grer le travail et les dlais pour chaque projet en cours afin de sassurer que tout est complt temps; Maintenir l'organisation des dossiers; Visiter rgulirement les magasins pour se tenir au courant de l'excution des designs et de leur aspect dans un environnement de magasin. Autres projets/tches assigns. CE QUIL TE FAUT : Certificat ou diplme en design graphique ou quivalent; 3 5 ans dexprience dans un rle de design graphique; Excellentes comptences en InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, Premiere Pro ou After Effects; Expertise numrique, incluant une excellente connaissance des principes et compositions du design web, ainsi que les meilleures pratiques; Fortes comptences sur la prparation des dossiers envoyer limpression; Connaissance ddition de photos et vidos un atout; Exprience dans un environnement de marketing au dtail, un atout; Dmontrer la capacit de penser crativement et dapporter de nouvelles ides avec une attitude positive; Excellentes connaissances des tendances du march de la gnration Z et des diffrentes plateformes sociales; Capacit de grer plusieurs tches en mme temps en restant mticuleux, minutieux et dtaill; Capacit de grer un projet du dbut la fin en respectant les dlais avec une bonne gestion du temps; tre bilingue (anglais/franais) avec dexcellentes aptitudes de communication crites et verbales; Excellentes comptences organisationnelles et de planification avec la capacit de prioriser; Capacit de travailler de manire indpendante et en quipe; Doit aimer travailler dans un environnement exigent et rapide; Prt travailler au bureau 4 jours par semaine, et 1 jour la maison.
