Exigences en matière d'éducation

DVS Machining Technics - AVS Machining ou ;
Diplôme d'études professionnelles en mécanique d'usinage ou ;
Études similaires (ou toute autre combinaison de formation et d'expérience pertinente sera considérée)

Expérience souhaitée

Expérience dans l'usinage de pièces de précision ;
3 ans d'expérience ou plus en tant que machiniste/programmeur.

Connaissance d'un logiciel de programmation (logiciel Cad Cam). La connaissance de TopSolid est un atout ;
Capacité à interpréter des plans ;
Connaissance des instruments de mesure ;
Connaissance de base des systèmes informatiques.

Responsabilités

Responsabilités

Lire et interpréter les dessins techniques, les projets, examiner les échantillons de pièces pour produire de bonnes pièces ;
Créer et modifier des programmes G-Code ;
Préparer les outils et les montages pour la production ;
Calculer les dimensions et les tolérances, mesurer et faire correspondre les éléments à usiner ;
Réglages de la machine ;
Concevoir et fabriquer des montages pour l'usinage des pièces ;
Régler, utiliser et entretenir les machines-outils pour effectuer un usinage de précision ;
Vérifier, à l'aide d'instruments de mesure de précision, si les pièces sont précises et conformes aux exigences du client.
