As a member of the Line Management Executive Team, you are responsible for the leadership and execution of road logistics operations within Canada. This function will encompass ensuring business performance, growth of our market share, and a positive experience for our employees and customers alike. Logistics for Canada
for the collaboration of telesales, Field sales, CCR’s and the key account
for the Road Logistics Kuehne+Nagel brand in Canada
Performance:
qualityservicesfor the business unit in Canada
and pro-actively manage Finance KPIs, including billing, profit-loss
targets, accounts receivables,
consistent data quality
business unit customers in Canada
retention and accountable for service delivery levels consistently meeting
as measured by employee net
promoter score and Great Places to Work surveys
for talent management and succession planning for respective business unit
proper training for managers and employees, including critical business
for clear communication within business unit and strong cross
collaboration with other business units and functional units
the implementation of all relevant policies/programs/initiatives
with LMM on different National Projects
compliance with all health & safety, quality, security, environmental,
legal and regulatory requirements, company policies and procedures,
practices and policies
regularly performance against KPI's and contractual agreements
Degree/diploma in International Business, Trade, Logistics or alternative
~years of experience in the Freight Forwarding, Logistics and/or
Transportation industry specifically with international freight operations
within Sea, Air, Road Logistics and Customs Brokerage
~of diverse and international teams is an asset
