Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Control Manager located in Vancouver, BC. The Project Control Manager will oversee project planning and execution, establish and maintain project management standards, ensure proper control of project scope, budget, and schedule, and coordinate with Project Managers to ensure smooth execution. The individual will also be responsible for troubleshooting project-related issues and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. Qualifications Strong capabilities in Project Leadership and experience guiding cross-functional teams Proven expertise in Project Management and effective collaboration with Project Managers Advanced skills in Planning, Project Control, and overseeing budgets, timelines, and resources Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field Experience in mining or resource development industries is an asset Proficiency in project management tools and software Ability to work in an on-site capacity in Vancouver, BC Pay Transparency The compensation for this position is anticipated to include a base salary, short-term and long-term incentives, including the potential for cash and equity. Base Salary will be dependent on the candidates relevant experience, skills and competencies and considers internal equity and is anticipated to be between $170,000 and $180,000 per year.
