About the Role You will be responsible for developing and nurturing client relationships while also managing the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to placing them in the right roles. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building partnerships, and delivering solutions that make a difference.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industries such as manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, and customer service
Conduct outreach through cold calls, networking, and scheduled meetings to generate qualified leads
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term collaboration and client satisfaction
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and follow-up
Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for general labour, skilled trades, and administrative roles
Ensure compliance with hiring policies and documentation requirements
Monitor candidate performance and provide support throughout the placement
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and driven to meet targets (placements and new accounts)
Familiarity with CRM systems, job boards, and recruitment tools
