Job Description We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with a deep proficiency in C#, .Net Core (5+), ASP.NET Core, MongoDB and front-end development (React/Node.js). The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in AWS, Docker, CI/CD, Redis, and demonstrate solid software design skills. In addition to technical expertise, the candidate must be well-versed in programming fundamentals, including OOP principles, SOLID, Clean Code, GoF patterns, and Testing fundamentals.

Our mission is to eliminate the complexities and volatility of the digital payments world to provide accessible crypto payments seamlessly alongside traditional payments. Our platform allows merchants to accept payments with confidence by eliminating the risk of chargebacks, fraud, and price volatility, ensuring they always receive the full amount due.

Manage the full development lifecycle, from scoping, planning, conception, design, implementation, and testing to documentation, delivery, and maintenance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for building robust, scalable, and supportable solutions
Guide the team on best practices, ensuring the implementation of industry-leading standards
Uphold high standards of code quality, incorporating principles such as Clean Code and SOLID
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. Our ideal candidate is able to make effective trade-offs that consider business priorities, user experience and a sound technical strategy. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in C#, .Net Core, ASP.NET Core, and MongoDB
Strong understanding of React, Node.js and front-end development
Solid understanding of programming fundamentals, including OOP principles, SOLID, Clean Code, GoF patterns, and Testing fundamentals
Ability to think long term, learn fast, and contribute to creative solutions
Capability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Experience in startup environments

Ability to work remote (we’re US-based, but operate and work globally)
