We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our client's team as a Senior Manager of Finance, Corporate. In this role, you will be an integral part of their Corporate Finance Team, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead monthly financial close and consolidation processes.
  • Oversee corporate financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Manage Corporate Office accounting and related tasks.
  • Provide coaching and development to direct reports.
  • Conduct accounting analysis and prepare memos for strategic decision-making and audits.
  • Coordinate the preparation of consolidated financial statements for audits and banking compliance.
  • Handle transfer pricing, and intercompany transactions, and ensure legal entity accounting compliance.
  • Coordinate annual audits and provide the necessary support.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, treasury, and debt financing requirements.
  • Engage in strategic tax planning and modeling.
  • Maintain compliance with government agencies.
  • Manage cash flow, banking activities, and related party transactions effectively.

Qualifications:

  • CPA, CA designation with a minimum of four years of relevant experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, including GAAP, Finance, Income Tax, and MS Excel proficiency.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
  • Experience in strategic financial planning and forecasting.
  • Familiarity with corporate governance and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to lead and mentor team members effectively.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
