The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions for our clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery within project timelines. The Senior Salesforce Developer will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to the development of best practices and methodologies. The role is located in Toronto, ON and the candidate will have flexibility to work partially remotely.QualificationsMust have 3+ Years of solid hands-on development experienceSalesforce Development skills, including Apex and LWCExperience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutionsExperience in integrating Salesforce with third-party platformsExperience in Lightning components and Lightning Web ComponentsProficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSSExperience in Agile and Scrum methodologiesDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in mentoring junior developers is a plusSalesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, and Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer are a plusExperience in the financial services industry is a plusCertificationsSalesforce Developer ISalesforce Developer IIOmniStudio Developer (nice to have)JavaScript Developer I
