The ITAD/Computer Technician is responsible for testing, configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing laptops and other electronic equipment as required , and performing inventory control including Approved Certified Data Destruction (CDD).
Test, analyze, diagnose, and repair all existing and incoming laptops, printers, and other electronic devices parts/components to ensure products are fully functional.
Perform data sanitization and factory resets.
Evaluate the operation of electronic components using the software provided.
Minimum High School graduate: preference is a computer programming diploma or degree
Experience in repairing wireless products from cosmetic changes, screens, batteries, internal components, software, flashing and unlocking.
Experience performing troubleshooting, diagnostics, repair and testing on various mobile products, including Android, iPhones, and iPads.
Strong technical background in electronics.
