We are seeking an independent contractor to fill the role of Vice President of Sales Partnership. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive B2B sales efforts, cultivate strategic partnerships, and earn RESIDUAL income while contributing to the growth and success of our company.

Position Overview: As an independent contractor serving as our Vice President of Sales Partnership, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's trajectory and driving revenue growth in the residential alarm industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive B2B sales strategy, forging strategic partnerships, and maximizing revenue opportunities. Develop and implement a strategic B2B sales plan targeting key stakeholders in the residential alarm industry, including Alarm Distributors, alarm companies, residential service providers and the insurance industry.
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances to expand our market reach and drive revenue growth, leveraging your network and industry expertise.
Drive the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with product development, marketing, and customer success initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and innovation, informing strategic decision-making and product roadmap.
Drive sales performance metrics, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing initiatives to optimize sales processes, maximize efficiency, and achieve revenue targets.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, showcasing our expertise and thought leadership in the residential alarm industry.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proven track record of success in B2B sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the residential/commercial alarm industry.
Deep understanding of the residential/commercial alarm industry, including key market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Strong leadership skills, with experience leading and motivating high-performing sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing competing priorities and driving change effectively.
