Sommaire du poste :

Sous la supervision du responsable de dossier, le titulaire du poste devra effectuer diverses tâches comptables dans les dossiers clients, en support à l’équipe d’experts comptables.

Principales fonctions et responsabilités :

  • Participer à la préparation de mandats d’audits;
  • Participer à la préparation de mandats (missions) d’examens;
  • Participer à la préparation de mandats de compilation (avis au lecteur);
  • Participer à la préparation des déclarations de revenus des sociétés (T2) et des particuliers (T1);
  • Participer à la préparation des feuilles de travail et des procédés analytiques;
  • Compléter les programmes de certification;
  • Participer à la collecte et l’analyse de données d’états financiers;
  • Contribuer à des mandats spéciaux;
  • Assister l’équipe dans toutes autres tâches connexes demandées.

Profil

Compétences personnelles et habiletés :

  • Faire preuve de professionnalisme et de discrétion;
  • Être autonome et avoir besoin d’un minimum de supervision;
  • Posséder de bonnes capacités d’adaptation (flexibilité) et de gestion du stress;
  • Posséder un bon esprit d’analyse et de jugement;
  • Être organiser et savoir gérer les priorités efficacement;
  • Faire preuve d’ouverture d’esprit et d’innovation.

Compétences techniques :

  • Excellente connaissance de la langue française (parlée et écrite);
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Team, etc.);
  • Posséder des connaissances sur l’utilisation des logiciels comptables (Simple comptable, Acomba, Caseware, Caseview, Taxprep, Quickbook) serait un atout;
  • Connaissances techniques des principes comptables
