We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our esteemed team at our Yates St and Eagle Creek locations in Victoria, BC. With a proud history of 18 years serving the community, we have experienced organic growth and are now seeking a talented individual to assist with our expanding patient base and waitlists. Join our team of dedicated RMTs, Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Kinesiologists, and Acupuncturists in providing exceptional patient-centered care in the breathtaking city of Victoria, BC.

Responsibilities:
* Deliver therapeutic massage treatments tailored to the unique needs of our patients, with a focus on providing effective and personalized care.
* Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
* Embrace the opportunity to work with new patients and assist in managing our waitlists.
* Maintain a professional and compassionate approach, fostering an exceptional patient experience.
* Participate in clinical and business mentorship programs, as well as skills nights, to enhance your professional development in a supportive environment.
* Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and cultivate positive interpersonal relationships with patients and colleagues.
* Adhere to high standards of ethical practice and professional conduct.

Requirements:
* Certification as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in British Columbia.
* New graduates are welcome; good hands-on skills and a passion for providing exceptional patient care are essential.
* A commitment to therapeutic massage and an eagerness to offer effective treatment options.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering a superior patient experience.
