InVision is a Professional Recruitment Firm involved in Engineering, Industrial/Skilled Trades, Information Technology and Professional Services within Canada and the U.S. We have a successful track record working on both small and large recruitment projects, across North America.Our client is an international leader in electromechanical and electronic components.They are actively seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Technical Support Specialist to join their team.Responsibilities:Provide expert guidance to customers, recommending the most suitable products to meet their needs.Prepare customized quotes tailored to each client's requirements, ensuring a seamless experience.Offer comprehensive technical support, leveraging your expertise to troubleshoot and resolve challenges effectively.Take the initiative to propose alternative or complementary products, maximizing value for our customers.Exceed customer expectations through unparalleled service and support.Qualifications:Bring your knowledge in industrial automation and customer service to the table, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.Demonstrate strong technical analysis skills and a thirst for knowledge in industrial automation.
