In this role, you will develop your expertise, work aside an experienced team by carrying out large-scale projects involving the deployment of SuccessFactors applications for our clients. You will also contribute to develop the skills of the team through coaching. Your duties will involve:

  • Identifying, analyzing and understanding clients’ needs
  • Formalizing these needs and looking for solutions
  • Configuring the SuccessFactors software and its different modules
  • Using BizXpress and BizXpert (SuccessFactors) methodology to manage the complete project life cycle
  • Carrying out functional tests
  • Documenting the implemented solution
  • Training users and providing the necessary support
  • Assisting the team or project manager in organizing delivery and supervising less experienced resources

Required Skills:

  • 2 years of experience in configuring SAP SuccessFactors solutions
  • Associate level certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP SuccessFactors Foundation (an asset)
  • Knowledge of design, implementation and deployment of SuccessFactors modules
  • Strong ability for understanding and analyzing the HR management processes
  • Customer service-oriented and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt
  • University degree in computer science or management
