- Promote and sell loan and protection products
- Understand customer needs to recommend solutions
- Manage the complete sales process from application to closing
- Build relationships through outstanding service
- Perform credit assessments and manage accounts
- High school diploma; finance education is an asset
- At least 1 year in sales or customer service
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-first mindset and passion for value
- Ability to handle targets and exceed expectations
