We are looking for a Quality Control Manager for our client, an innovative company specializing in advanced automation solutions for industrial and commercial applications. Renowned for its expertise in automation, their organization provides a full spectrum of services, including design, installation, maintenance, and support.In this role, you will be integral to ensuring the smooth and efficient management and delivery of complex systems projects. Working closely with project managers, engineering teams, and clients, you will guarantee that projects meet quality standards and are completed successfully. Your role will require keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication abilities.PERKS:Life & Dependent Life InsuranceAD&DLTDVisionExtended Health BenefitsHealth Care Spending AccountRRSPYOUR DAY-TO-DAY:Developing and submitting method statements, work procedures, checklists, and inspection and test plans to clients, ensuring that the quality of work meets their expectations.Creating and maintaining a project quality plan outlining quality standards, processes, and procedures.Working closely with other teams, including project managers, engineering, and sales, to ensure alignment with quality standards.Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and final products to ensure they meet quality specifications.Monitoring compliance with standards and specifications during execution.Identifying deviations and taking corrective actions promptly.Analyzing quality performance data and recommending improvements.Providing direction to suppliers based on specifications outlined in procurement agreements.Ensuring compliance with legal obligations, including regulatory bodies and health and safety guidelines, such as ISO 9001.Prioritizing safe work conditions during all quality-related activities.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.Experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance or related areas.Strong attention to detail.Knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.COMPENSATION:$115-120K annual salary (commensurate with experience), plus potential annual performance bonus.
