This posting is for Crew Chief. This means you will lead a crew of 1-2 staff. Driving a full size, extended cab pickup with a 16' trailer behind it is mandatory. Please only apply if you can tow a trailer.

The job involves mainly softscaping, lawn mowing, hedge trimming, tree pruning, gardening, junk removal and the like. You should be comfortable using ladders. Extension and Orchard. You should be presentable, have a happy, positive energy and be assertive and comfortable giving direction and feedback to staff.

Start date will be as soon as we find the right candidate for the position. Work days are typically about 8 -10 hours long. You may work as much overtime and as many holidays as you like. We have enough work that we do not need to close down over the winter months.

The work day begins in Vancouver in the Kensington / Cedar cottage neighborhood. We work all around the city and the North Shore. The day then ends back at our 'Hive' in Vancouver.

Training of our process will be provided on the job. Examples of compensation are as follows:

Compensation will vary depending on your experience level of the skills required for the position. The range is Between $20-$30 per hour depending on your experience and skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
