One of our top partners in the Electric Vehicle space is preparing to build a facility that will be a crucial part of Canada’s Electric Vehicle (EV) supply chain in Kingston area.
Our client is looking for an Automation Engineer who will be responsible for the developing and managing the technical standards in support of the construction and installation of the new assets in the new facility.

# Defined Contribution Pension Plan
# Work closely with Project Managers and assign the needed Automation Engineers for each project.
# Ensure the Automation responsibilities are executed within scope and according to the planning and budget.
# Liaise with contractors for a safe execution and ensure timelines are being respected.
# Manage risk, change of scope and work assigned to team members.
# Perform/Support commissioning of the equipments before handing over to the Process Team.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automation Engineering or a relevant field
~5+ years of technical experience in execution of large scale engineering projects.
~2+ years of experience working in similar role and good understanding of industrial installations.
~ Good working knowledge of MS Office
