About this team
This role is for a Business Analyst to support our Digital Analytics and Optimization group operations area. This position works closely with Project Managers, Product Managers, Business Owners and Technology teams to ensure requirements are in place and understood. Responsible for ensuring acceptance criteria is aligned. Works closely with Architects to ensure system implications/dependencies/information security aspects are fully understood. Facilitates requirement conversations with Technology Teams.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of business analyst experience, preferably within eCommerce industry
- Ability to thrive in a complex and fast-paced environment
- Ability to work successfully in a complex environment.
- Possess strong organizational stills needed to maintain functional understanding of Business Products, Technical Properties/Platforms, and Analytics.
- Exhibit strong time management skills to handle priorities and pivoting.
- Exhibit ownership in their work and require minimal guidance.
- Candidate should be technically inclined
- Ability to understand technical complexities.
- Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with team members and other stakeholders
- Candidate should possess strong attention to detail
- Consistently compliant with standards and best practices
- Ownership to maintain high ticket quality and linking
- Candidate should exhibit strong stakeholder management
- Ability to coordinate ticket refinement and address needs / questions of the Delivery team.
- Propensity to work directly with the Product Teams and understand their needs.
- Strong organization skills to maintain contacts and lines of communication with the product teams and delivery team.
- Ability to adapt to the changing requirements and partner directly with the business on prioritizing the work.
- Experience providing requirements for small, medium and large initiatives, working in an Agile environment.
- Demonstrated experience making tradeoffs between business needs and technology constraints while keeping the guests needs as a top priority.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence software is preferred.
