You’ll be part of our pharmacy team that’s committed to providing exceptional patient-centered care and exceeding patients’ expectations. This role is a great opportunity for Registered Pharmacy Technicians to grow their career into a leadership role
*Ensure central fill pharmacy service obligations/agreements are executed and attained
* Engage network of Pharmacy Managers as customers and, with a continuous improvement mindset, facilitate any data transfer, trouble-shoot medication sourcing, and conduct quality assurance on the packaging systems
* Lead and provide support to the specialty compounding services while conducting quality assurance on the packaging systems and speciality compounds
* Exceed internal and external customer expectations by building strong relationships and delivering customer centric solutions
* Be an ambassador to uphold and instill company values, including championing all diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, ensuring the pharmacy is an inclusive environment
* Manage the selection, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and succession planning processes
* Ensure all regulatory requirements and Company policies, processes, and procedures (e.g., Must be a Registered Pharmacy Technician, in good standing, in the province of responsibility
* Previous management experience in a pharmacy setting is an asset
* Kroll software experience is preferred
