Elle possédera un excellent esprit d'analyse et un intérêt marqué pour les données et l'analyse.
Communiquer avec les partenaires de réassurance au sujet des soumissions et des modèles de tarification technique et évaluer ou examiner les traités de réassurance;
Soutenir l'implantation et la mise à l'essai des nouveaux produits ou des changements apportés aux produits dans les outils de tarification et les systèmes administratifs;
Adapter les processus d'affaires et outils actuels pour mettre à l'essai et appuyer le déploiement de nouveaux systèmes de TI et de nouvelles sources de données.
Diplôme universitaire en mathématiques, en statistique, en actuariat, en finances ou dans un domaine connexe
Excellente connaissance de Microsoft Excel et capacité de créer des tableaux croisés dynamiques et d'utiliser diverses fonctions de synthèse; expérience en écriture ou en débogage de code VBA, un atout;
Intérêt à participer à des projets d'automatisation et d'amélioration des processus, et expérience en conception et en gestion de modèles de processus administratifs;
Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et capacité manifeste à déceler et résoudre les problèmes dans les ensembles de données complexes;
Esprit d'analyse exceptionnel et grand souci du détail;
Bilinguisme (français et anglais), un atout.
