- Define floor plan for the production assembly line
- Analyze aircraft flow, parts, equipment, manpower
- Identify and participate in improvement projects (Kaizen)
- Define and Produce the optimal line balancing for a specific rate
- Establish the detailed manpower requirement (work centers, crew type, shift)
- Determine Production capacity (Manpower, equipment…)
- Produce daily production schedule (Chart)
- Collect, document, and maintain manufacturing data (loads, capacity, equipment, footprint…)
- Participate in analyzing and establishing the production standard time
- Establish detailed value stream mapping
- You hold a College or Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering
- You have a minimum of (2) years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- You demonstrate strong logical and mechanical skills
- You have a great capacity to simplify tasks
- You are organized, rigorous, demonstrate initiative and autonomy
- You are a team player
- You demonstrate leadership, patience, perseverance, curiosity, and enjoy taking on challenges
- You master Excel and MS Project
- You are familiar with the aerospace industry and furniture manufacturing (an asset)
- You communicate (orally and in writing) in French and English (an asset)
