Responsibilities
  • Create, own and operate the project tracking and management systems for the marketing roadmap, holding the team accountable for deliverables, highlighting risks and navigating new opportunities as they present. 
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the marketing department, including budget management, resource allocation, and project timelines.
  • Manage budgets and timelines, ensuring the marketing team stays within budget and delivers all campaigns by the deadline. This involves working closely with the FP&A department to set budgets and track expenses and with the creative team to ensure the timely delivery of work.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to operationalize comprehensive marketing initiatives for always-on campaigns, new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Develop and maintain marketing calendars to ensure the timely execution of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Implement marketing systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Deliver and report to CMO on core priority initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in a finance or budget management position, ideally within FP&A, supporting a marketing function.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance or Business Administration
  • Expert in quantitative analysis, with advanced skills in Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
  • Proficient in using project management and collaboration tools like Notion for efficient team operations.
  • Deep understanding of managing marketing roadmaps with strong project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking skills.
