Role: Senior Agile Coach Contract: 1 year Location: Remote within Canada Requirements: 8–10 years of experience in Agile environments, including enterprise-level coaching and training. Proven experience with the Scrum and Kanban Agile frameworks. Must have experience coaching mature Agile teams—not teams new to Agile. Candidates must show experience helping long-established Agile teams refine practices, deepen Agile principles, and advance maturity. Experience demonstrating servant leadership and guiding mature teams through continuous improvement cycles. Deep expertise in Agile principles, frameworks, and product-centric delivery models. Strong facilitation, mentoring, and communication skills across all organizational levels. Ability to influence change, cross-functional collaboration, resolve complex impediments, and drive strategic alignment. Experience with Agile metrics. Supplemental training on Agile delivery and/or coaching would be considered an asset. Advanced facilitation skills for leading Agile ceremonies, design-thinking workshops, and problem-solving sessions with experienced Agile teams. Ability to measure Agile maturity improvements and articulate how coaching actions improved team value delivery
