Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the full recruitment cycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality hires.
  • Forge strong partnerships with cross-functional leaders to identify key talent needs and design innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and implement cutting-edge direct sourcing approaches to tap into diverse talent pools.
