We encourage candidates who have completed a Bachelor’s program in electrical engineering, physics, or relevant disciplines to apply to this position.The successful candidate will receive training and acquire skills required to conduct high precision and low noise electronics measurement on microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) resonators.The candidate will gain valuable skills in the use of industrial semiconductor characterization equipment.The candidate will also work with the Stathera team on other projects, including the development of production-level test setup. The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Characterization and Systems Integration and will be expected to work a total of 40 hours per week.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESCharacterize MEMS resonators at wafer-scale and chip-scalePerform R&D measurements to study MEMS behaviourDesign and optimize measurements to meet the industrial specificationsDeveloping code to control instruments and create automated interfacesAnalyzing/processing data and generating well-written reportsREQUIRED SKILLS Bachelor’s or Master’s in electrical engineering, physics, or equivalent.Hands-on familiarity with electronics laboratory instruments such as oscilloscopes, voltmeters, and power suppliesIntermediate-level computer programming skills: Python or MATLAB is preferredFamiliarity with MEMS characterizationKnowledge of timing-specific characterization equipmentStrong background in statistical analysis of dataExperience in PCB hardware design, assembly, and debuggingBENEFITSAt Stathera, we value the well-being and success of our exceptional employees.
