6 MONTHS CONTRACT
Location: Hamilton (Ontario)

Days availability, with flexibility for weekends and evenings.

Job Qualification

Qualifications you currently have:

- Registered Nurse/Registered Practical Nurse who graduated from an accredited School of Nursing

- Registered as a member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario

- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

- Two years previous experience in the development of wound care management programs in the hospital or community setting.

- Certification as Nurse Specialized in Wound Ostomy & Continence (NSWOC).

- Previous visiting nursing experience will be considered an asset. Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

- Updated Immunization Records, Clear criminal background check and vulnerable sector check upon hire
Current CPR certification required
