What separates us from the rest is our ability to help businesses transform into digital businesses with our consulting, engineering and post-go-live, go-to-market services.Job DescriptionWe seek a skilled and experienced Lead React JS Developer with a proven track record leading and developing applications using React JS, Next JS, and Node JS.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development team in architecting, designing, and implementing React JS applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance to ensure code quality and best practices.Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in React JS development and advocate for their adoption within the team.Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to ensure the smooth functioning of applications.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and software quality.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.10+ years of experience in React JS development.5+ years of experience in Node JSStrong proficiency in Next JS with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.Experience working with e-commerce SaaS-based platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, or Adobe Commerce.Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies.Solid understanding of state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.Preferred Qualifications:Good to have experince in Stencil DevelopmentExperience with server-side rendering and SSR frameworks.Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies.Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
